Each Village in the Bicester Village Shopping Collection is a uniquely curated and crafted destination experience, that leaves people with a smile.

But the website didn’t reflect the village experience and inspire people to visit. Neither guests nor the business were happy with what was being presented.


The solution was to create a mobile first content led experience that was designed for the needs of millennial shopper; that was simple and elegant to use, with intuitive storytelling and that brought the villages to life with rich imagery and video.

Bounce rate decreased significantly (13%), average session time increased by 15% and reward program sign ups increased by 220%.

With web traffic being 80% mobile every user journey and screen design started mobile first. No exceptions.
